After you’ve completed GT-HX-1 you might be thinking they are all easy. Well GT-HX-2 provides a bit more of a challenge and here’s a full guide on how to clear it.
Big Adam is a problem but with the use of blocks he can be taken care of easily. You’ll need a Slow Supporter, 2 Guards, a Sniper, a Defender, 2 Medics, a Vanguards, and 2 Casters.
Operators List
Listed below are operators you’ll need to clear the stage. This stage is more about placing operators at the right time. As a bonus you’ll only need to clear it once, that means you can get a support operator that is higher level from your friends. Choose an operator that has high DPS.
Sniper – An Anti-air Sniper or an AoE Sniper for damage and clearing. Kroos, Jessica, Catapult, or Shirayuki. Any of them can work here.
2 Guards – Guards are necessary because they have high DPS and attack. If you don’t use guards you can use other high DPS operators like Vigna.
Defender – Defenders like Cuora here would be good for holding back waves for your damage dealers to kill.
2 Medics – Medics for healing and recovery. Gavial and Hibiscus should work just fine.
Vanguard – Vanguards are used for stalling and gaining more DP. Courier, Vanilla, and Fang can work well here.
Supporter – For this stage a Slow Supporter really helps and works wonders. Orchid works and you can have low leveled as well.
3 Casters – You’ll want to bring 2 ST (single target) Casters and 1 AoE one. The ST Caster is for focusing on the big boss. Lava, Amiya, Steward, and Gitano work here. If you don’t have more ST Casters you can bring the AoE one.
Operator Levels
When it comes to operator levels, obviously you want as high as level as you can get so that the run is much smoother and works out better for you. But, if you are looking for the bare minimum then I suggest Elite 1 and around level 30 or 40. This way your operators will be strong enough to take out enemies.
As for Skill Rank levels, you want them around level 4 and higher. At level 4 they gain a bigger boost in stats and usefulness.
Step by Step Guide
First, drop your Vanguard and Slow Supporter.
Then when you have enough DP drop your Sniper. An AoE Sniper works well too.
Next drop your Defender to block enemies and clump them up for you.
After the Defender you will want to drop a Medic for heals.
Once you get enough DP, drop your AoE Caster on top facing left.
Then a Medic next to your Caster so it can pull aggro.
The next step would be to drop your ST (single target) Caster down and retreat your Vanguard.
Before any stray enemies get by, you want to drop down a Guard where your Vanguard once was.
When Big Adam (chainsaw guy) comes out you’ll want to retreat your Guard and put down another ST Caster. (In my case I used Gitano because I forgot, but an ST Caster would be better here.)
Save your Supporter skill for when Big Adam is in range and activate it. As he kills off your ground operators keep dropping down more operators to stall him. Big Adam has very slow attack speed so be sure to time your operators well so that your stronger operators can get more hits off.
