SINoALICE – How Do You Increase Points?

In order to clear certain content in SINoALICE, you’ll need to have a set amount of Points to even attempt it. Many players ask what’s the best way to increase Points?

To increase Points, make sure you upgrade, limit break, and evolve your gear. Also be sure to upgrade your class that you’re going to choose to play as well as other classes.

Gear

There are three things that make up your Gear Sets: Weapons, Armor, and Nightmare. All three of these combined make up your Points. You’ll want to upgrade all three of these.

Main Gear vs Sub-Gear

Your Main Gear is what you’re mainly going to be focusing on. These are the weapons that appear when you battle, and these are the weapons that will be increasing your Points the most.

Compared to Main Gear, Sub-Gear only increases your Points by a little.

Which pieces of gear should you upgrade?

You may ask yourself which weapon is worth upgrading. The answer is, every weapon! When you’re just starting out, you won’t have a large arsenal. You’ll want to upgrade all your gear in your Main Gear set evenly. The reason you’d upgrade it evenly is because upgrade resources are limited and there’s a scaling cost to upgrading gear.

Upgrading gear that you use as Sub-Gear can also benefit your Points, by just a smidge.

Upgrading your Armor and Nightmare is optional. Better Armor sets will be out soon. As for Nightmare, I’d suggest you upgrade the ones that are S-tier or higher only. If you really need the Points, I’d suggest you upgrade both!

Should you limit break or evolve gear?

Limit breaking and evolving gear is essential to raising your Points. So, yes, you should be limit breaking and evolving gear. Some people wonder if you should limit break or evolve first. The answer is, it doesn’t matter.

Be careful when you evolve. When a weapon evolves, it returns to Lv. 1. You’ll want to make sure you have enough upgrade materials to bring it back to at least around Lv. 40.

Also, keep in mind you can’t limit break Armor.

Where to get evolution material?

If you’re trying to evolve, you might be searching for evolution material. You can get specific evolution material from Event stages. Go to Story > Event to see which events are available. Usually there will be two available and sometimes special stages like guerilla events will appear. Check out this website for the event time rotations.

Where to find more gear?

In Menu > Shop you can find a bundle of weapons for 150 Twilight Crystals each that you can use to give yourself a Points boost. These weapons are good for those just starting. You can either buy one of each set (Vanguard, and Rearguard), or if you really want a boost, buy five bundles of the main type of weapons for the Class you’re going to main.

There’s also the Medal Exchange where you can exchange Event Medals, Charm Medals (colosseum), Friend Medals, or Royal Medals.

  • Charm Medals can be exchanged for Shell Wings for only 10 Medals.
  • Friend Medals can be exchanged for an S-tier weapon for 20 Medals.
  • Royal Medals can be exchanged for SR-tier Weapons and Nightmare.

You can also easily find A-tier weapons doing the Story, but these aren’t optimal to use for Point gain.

Should you upgrade Classes?

Yes! Upgrading your Classes will increase your Points because of the Common stats that leveling each one provides. Of course, you’ll be upgrading the classes that you plan to main, but make sure you upgrade ones that you don’t. I’d recommend leveling your non-main Classes to at least 4.

In summary, upgrade your gear. This includes limit breaking and evolving. And upgrade your classes.
