How good is Valerie & Sylveon?

Aside from the fact that Valerie & Sylveon are the only Fairy-type Striker, what makes them good? They’ve got a decent Sp. Atk. stat but all their other stats are about average. Their moveset strikes a good balance between offense and defense.

We’ll likely be seeing Valerie & Sylveon used for EX Challenges (Fairy-type weakness) or perhaps Battle Villa. New players that struggle with Courses with Fairy-type weaknesses may find this Sync Pair very useful. Otherwise, this Sync Pair will likely be benched until needed.

We await Battle Villa and Valerie & Sylveon’s Sync Grid for more information.
