Burgh & Leavanny are a Special Striker sync pair that loves the sun and have the potential to improve and max their Attack, Defense, Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense, and Speed.
The best sync grid build for Burgh & Leavanny would be to go for Bug Buzz: Move Gauge Refresh, Silver Wind: Move Gauge Refresh, and Silver Wind: Power. With Lv. 3 Sync Move, you can go for On a Roll, Smarty Pants, and Solar Flare.
Sync Grid Builds
When limited to Sync Lv. 2, the simple Refresh & Heal build focuses on building up Leavanny’s attacking moves and restoring some HP each time it attacks.
Once the sync grid opens up at Sync Level 3, Burgh & Leavanny can be affecting stats each time it attacks in the Stat Manipulation build. The -Sp. Def. Sync build powers up Leavanny’s sync move by increasing damage against opponents with lowered Sp. Defense and when the weather is sunny.

Since many of Burgh & Leavanny’s best sync tiles are locked, this build focuses on improving Leavanny’s attacks and staying power.
Leavanny is a speedy Pokémon but picking up both Bug Buzz Move Gauge Refresh 3 and Silver Wind Move Gauge Refresh 3 helps keep up the attacks. Costing two bars, this build focuses on improving Silver Wind with +20 Power.
Swag Bag 1 improves the chances that Silver Wind will improve one of Leavanny’s stats and Healing Sun 1 will restore Leavanny’s HP each time it attacks if the weather is sunny. The build is very straightforward and can easily substitute On a Roll 1 if Burgh & Leavanny are not being used on a sunny weather team.

Despite Burgh & Leavanny being a Striker, they can also manipulate their own and their target’s stats with both attacking moves. This build increases the chances of Silver Wind working to the sync pair’s advantage and increasing longevity in Battle Villa.
This build picks up both copies of Swag Bag 1 to improve chances for Silver Wind to boost one of Leavanny’s stats at random. It also picks up Silver Wind’s Move Gauge Refresh 3 to help restore one bar of the move gauge. Silver Wind may cost two bars, but this build does not use Charging Sun 5 to speed up the gauge refresh.
Because Silver Wind’s boosts are random, Fortuitous 1 is picked up to give Leavanny an additional chance to improve its stats. If Burgh & Leavanny are used in the Battle Villa, this means that X Sp. Atk and Scurry Ahead! can be saved for a battle where it matters.
Finally, Silver Wind gains Unfortuitous 9, which will lower a random stat of the opponent every time the attack is successful.

If you’re planning on using Leavanny’s sync move, this build uses Bug Buzz to decrease the opponent’s Sp. Defense and finishes with a powered up sync move in the sun.
Picking up Bug Buzz Move Gauge Refresh 3 will potentially refill one bar on the move gauge to keep up the expensive 3-bar attack. Because there is a very small chance to drop the target’s Sp. Defense, both On a Roll 1 tiles are picked up to increase those chances. Smarty-Pants powers up the sync move the more the opponent’s Sp. Defense is lowered.
Insectible Struggle Bug gains +50 power by picking up both of its sync tiles. Burgh & Leavanny do need another sync pair to cause the weather to be sunny so that Solar Flare 5 increases the sync move’s damage.
