When and where to find Shinya

Shinya is available at the Akihabara arcade during Daytime. She’s available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Confidant Explained

Shinya Oda, gGetting Shinya Oda’sthis Confidant level raised up will with help you in the Palaces a ton. He can give your Gun special chances for applying ailments and can lower an enemy’s health before battle if you ambush them. Invest in him if you feel like you want to do more downs and damage inside a Palace.
