Iwai is available in the Shibuya Airsoft shop during the Evening. He appears on Weekends and Holidays.

Confidant Explained

Munehisa Iwai, the tough looking Airsoft shop owner. By getting his rank up and investing into him, you will be able to improve your gun grade and add ailment effects. This is super useful because with the new Persona 5 Royal your ammo recharges every time you get out of a battle now, instead of when you enter a safe room. Now, you can start the match just shooting away without worry of your ammo amount for the next ambush.
