Haru is available on the Shujin rooftop usually on weekdays during Daytime.

Confidant Explained

The Empress, is another contender for best girl and her main appeal comes from vegetable cultivation and harvesting. Vegetables and such are very useful in palaces because they do things like, recover SP and boost physical/magic attack power. The higher her rank the more you can make and the faster you can harvest from her garden.
