In Digimon ReArise having stronger Digimon means doing better in all aspects. You’ll have an easier time clearing content and getting the best rewards in the Battle Park. If you’ve maxed out your Digimon’s level and are looking for ways to get even stronger, then look towards Plugins.
Plugins are super important and will determine if you win a battle or not. Find out about Unlocking SPE Plugins, Plugin Tiers. and where to farm Plugins.(like at Act 4 Scene 5)
Unlocking Plugins
In order to unlock your Plugins in the first place, you need to reach the appropriate levels. Getting to max level will leave you with the 6th SPE slot locked. Unlocking the 6th Plugin spot is simple but will cost you quite a bit. You will need to get your Digimon to max Bond. That means feeding them until their bond reaches 99/99. Another way to maximize Bond beside feeding is to make them your partner as that will allow them to gain bond faster.
Where to farm Plugins
Plugins can be found from either stages as drops or from summons. Some stages drop certain plugins like Act 4 Scene 5 will drop SPE Plugins. Then there are summons which can be split into Social Point summons and DigiRuby summons. Social Point summons will offer rank 1 and rank 2 Plugins. If you want a rank 3 Plugins then you have to do the DigiRuby summons. The different tiers determine how powerful a Plugin is.
When it comes to farming for Plugins you can either use your Social Points which are great when you need fodder since level 3 Bronze Plugins can drop. The amount of stars a Plugin has determines the level. But Social Points can also be used to buy Energy so you are going to have to pick between the 2 options.
Digimon Specific Plugins
Digimon Specific Plugins can be found in the CB Medal Shop or Event Shop. If you have a Digimon on your team that matches the Plugin, you should buy it immediately! If a Digimon Specific Plugin is given to the specific Digimon you will get almost double the stats. It will cost a lot of Plugin fodder, but it is fully worth your resources to upgrade.
Attribute Specific Plugins
You might have noticed that not all Plugins look the same. Some have a sword and some have a yellow hive like shield. They belong to 3 different categories, ATK, DEF, and SPE.You can tell which ones belong to which category by the icons.
ATK Plugins are split into PWR and TEC. The best subcategory in my opinion, is the SPD increase one. If you already have a fast team then consider the Critical Rate increase one.
DEF Plugins are great as they make your Digimon tankier and last longer. I like to run the HP subcategory as I get a lot of Block Rate and Counter Rate from passives. Consider those alternatives if you don’t need HP.
SPE Plugins are the special Plugins. These will give you resistances and other things like Block Rate. This category really depends on what is bothering your team. I have some trouble with Poison and Shock so I always put Poison Resist and Paralysis Resist on my Digimon.
Plugin Tiers
The Plugin Tiers are Gold, Silver, and Bronze, Gold being the best. The better the color the more stats you will gain from the Plugin. In order to obtain Gold Plugins you can pull for them in the Summon. Underworld also has some good Gold plugins to start. There is also another Tier, the Rainbow Tier Plugin, which hasn’t been released yet and is future content in the game .
Be aware of the Digimon you want to give these Plugins to. If your main Digimon is Brave you want to do the Brave Plugin Summon.
Plugin Upgrades
Only upgrade the Plugins that you really want to use. They aren’t that hard to find but you could be using your energy for something better. After a plugin is +5 it can be upgraded until it reaches 5 stars. Also keep in mind that Bronze Tier Plugins aren’t that great and you should always try to upgrade the Golds and use those.
