Currently, the featured operators that have their rates increased are Shining, Saria, Istina, Specter, and Projekt Red. Should you pull? Is there any operator that is a must have? Let’s find out!
If you do not have a good healer and tank you should invest some Orundum in this banner. Another reason is to grab either Istina or Projekt Red. But I wouldn’t say these are must have operators.
Operators Rates
The odds of pulling a 6 ★ operator are 2% and if you were to pull a 6 ★ your odds of getting either Shining or Saria would be 25% each.
The odds of pulling a 5 ★ operator are 8% and if you were to pull a 5 ★ your odds of getting either Istina, Specter, or Projekt Red would be around 50%. For example, if you were to see the animation for a 5 ★ then there is a 50% chance you will get one of the three. (Istina, Specter, Projekt Red)
Take these rates into consideration when pulling so that you can make the best decision!
*Fun fact, the odds of getting a 4 ★ are higher than getting a 3 ★.

Shining
- ST (single target) Healer
- Major Defense Buffs
- Skill 2 grants big shield against heavy armor enemies
- High DP Cost
Saria
- Tank that Heals itself and allies
- Must promote to block 3 enemies
- Cool Talent which increases her stats the longer she’s deployed
- Another Talent that grants SP to whoever is healed by her
- Skill 3 heals allies while damaging and slowing enemies
- She can be obtained in the Distinction Store (Certificate Yellow) at the moment
Istina
- Support operator with slows
- Skill 2 increases range and allows her to attack an additional enemy
- One of her Talents lowers her own Defense to give her more Attack Speed
- Low DP cost but has extremely low Defense
Specter
- AoE (area of effect) Guard
- Blocks 3 enemies at E2 and attacks them all
- Skill 2 increases her attack and makes her unkillable for the duration (stunned after)
- High DP cost (19)
- She can be obtained in the Distinction Store (Certificate Yellow) at the moment
Projekt Red
- Really cool operator
- Low DP Cost
- Short Redeploy Time
- Can AoE Stun upon being deployed
- Physical Dodge chance
- Easily killed and tricky to use perfectly
Is It Worth It?
Now the question is, should you pull? Personally I am going to have to say no. These operators are actually obtainable in other ways. For example, Specter and Saria can be gotten in the Certificate Store and Istina has specific Recruit Tags that will guarantee her. They are hard to come across but it is possible to get. Projekt Red can also be obtained through Recruit Tags and you can get her for free if you use your free 5 ★ recruiting on her. Shining is difficult to get but honestly, a really strong healer right now is not necessary.
