There are a few hidden quests in this game that once you complete will give you stuff like Wonder Hourglass, Pack Hourglass, Shop Tickets, and Emblem. These missions are not seen anywhere in the game until you complete them.
For Shining Revelry you’ll see +9 or +3 on the images. All that means is that there are 10 or 4 total options and you can get any of them to complete the mission. So it’s not just getting 2 shiny Weedle or 2 shiny Beedrill. You can get a shiny Charmander and shiny Riolu to complete Shiny Museum 2.
